About
Malvina Palloj
Malvina Palloj is the Founder of Palloj Law Group. She provides legal counsel across complex commercial litigation, business torts, breach of contract, fiduciary duty disputes, real estate contract disputes, employment matters, quiet title actions, arbitration, mediation, family law, and appellate advocacy in the First and Second Departments of the New York Appellate Division as well as in federal district courts.
We don't just prepare forms — we build cases. Immigration is not one-size-fits-all, and the difference between approval and denial often comes down to strategy, documentation, and presentation. We approach every case with the level of detail and advocacy expected from a top-tier law firm.
USCIS Filing Packet Error Review
If you have completed your USCIS forms and assembled supporting documentation, a structured review may help identify omissions, inconsistencies, and common filing issues before submission.
This service is intended to provide a careful review of your prepared filing packet prior to filing.
