Malvina Palloj
Malvina Palloj represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters in New York state and federal courts, with experience across commercial disputes, employment litigation, and real estate-related conflicts. Her practice includes trial-level advocacy, appellate matters, and proceedings before administrative bodies.
Recent work includes vacating arbitration awards, defending businesses and employers in complex commercial litigation, securing favorable settlements involving breach of contract, Fair Labor Standards Act and New York labor law claims, defending class actions, and pursuing legal malpractice. She also represents clients in vaccine injury claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and advises on real estate transactions and appeals in state and federal courts.
