Vaccine Injury Act Claims
Palloj Law represents individuals and families seeking compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) — a federal program that provides financial recovery for injuries caused by certain vaccines.
These claims are handled before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, often referred to as the "Vaccine Court." Our firm provides strategic, end-to-end representation, guiding clients through every stage of the process — from initial case evaluation through resolution and compensation.
We understand that vaccine injury cases involve complex medical and legal issues. Our approach focuses on building strong, evidence-based claims supported by medical records, expert opinions, and a clear legal strategy.

What Is the VICP?
The VICP is a no-fault federal compensation program designed to provide recovery for individuals who have suffered adverse reactions to covered vaccines. The program was established to ensure that individuals injured by vaccines have a dedicated pathway to compensation without the burden of traditional tort litigation.
Claims are filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and reviewed by Special Masters who evaluate the medical and legal merits of each petition. Attorney's fees and costs are often paid by the program — separate from any compensation awarded.
Covered Vaccines Include
- Influenza (flu)
- Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)
- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- HPV and other routine vaccines
Compensation May Include
- Medical expenses (past and future)
- Lost wages
- Pain and suffering
- Attorneys' fees and costs
